General Presentation Instructions



Oral Presentations and invited speaker lectures:


All speakers are requested to load their presentations in the Speakers' Ready Room at least 1 hour before the start of their session.  All presentations should be prepared in Microsoft Office Powerpoint program, 16:9 size. The presentations will be controlled through a network system. Presenters will not be able to use their own laptops or notepads on stage.

The Speakers' Ready Room will be marked clearly with signage at the conference venue.


Speakers Ready Room Opening Dates & Hours:

June 26, 2019, Wednesday           07:30 – 18:00

June 27, 2019, Thursday              07:30 – 18:00

June 28, 2019, Friday                   07:30 – 13:30


We have an exceptional number of abstracts this year and wanted to give as many people as possible chance to present, but this means that we have a very full program. Please show respect to your fellow speakers, the chairs and the audience by keeping to the times assigned to your presentation.

Oral Presentations submitted by abstracts have 10 minutes allocated: 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion after your talk.


Poster Presentation:

The accepted posters will be presented as printed posters.

All Posters will appear on poster board in the Poster Area at the exhibition area and are available for viewing for participants at all times during the conference.

  • Posters should be prepared in  PORTRAIT format of dimensions NO MORE than 90 cm (height) x 70 cm (width). 
  • All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board is available at the posters’ help desk in the respective poster area. 
  • Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters. 
  • Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster. 
  • Please make sure that your poster can be read easily from a distance of 2 meters. 
  • All posters must be written in English. 
  • Setup time is between 07:30 – 08:30 am on Wednesday, 26th June.
  • Each presenter is responsible to hang down their poster on Friday, 28th June at 13:00-13:30. Posters not taken from the board will be thrown away.
